1ea. Mustang IC9001 Ice Commander Rescue Suit, Universal (size large). In
freezing water, provides ice rescue users up to 6 hours of hypothermic
protection. This dry suit's tight hood seal prevents water entry. Coated fabric
construction affords full range of motion with minimal fatigue. Includes built-in
chest harness with front hook-up, removable buoyant foam liner, and forearm
storage pouches for Ice Awls and Knife.

1ea. MA2290 Ice Commander Suit Repair Kit. For minor repairs. Field kit includes two
tubes of urethane cement and 1 dozen small fabric patches.

1ea. P23b Ice Rescue Helmet worn for head impact protection. Yellow recommended for
low-light identification. Includes stainless steel snap fasteners, SOLAS Grade reflective

above Ice Rescue Helmet.

1ea. M7 Large Water Rescue Gear Bag. Yellow or Red. Ideal for transporting rescue
gear to remote locations. Cordura construction, zippered opening, carry
handles, back-packable. Exterior label denotes style of kit.

1ea. B5 A 75' Second Chance Rescue Throw Bag is thrown to land beyond victim. If
able to assist in their own rescue, victim is pulled free to safety.

1ea. i14 Ice Awls are tethered to ice rescue suit's forearm pouches. Awls offer the
essential grip needed to quickly advance forward atop unstable ice.

1ea. P20A Cut MVA seatbelt webbing or fishing line entanglements. MARSARS tethers a
"One-Hand Rescue Knife" to suit's left forearm pouch. Knife features a sharp
stainless steel serrated blade with sheepsfoot tip blunted for safety. Buoyant

construction with tensioned gate connects rescue tether to rescue suits' chest

the line tender to pull victims from icy waters.

1ea. H4233 Non-Locking Carabineer - 5018 lb (2280 kg) average strength. Non-locking
device fastens land or ice based tethers to the respective anchor point.
Non-locking feature assures rapid emergency disconnections without freezing.

1ea.TUBE 5 5' Black Land Anchor Strap--4000 lb (1818 kg) average strength. Wrap this
1" tubular web sling around a tree or rock. Together with carabineer, securely
fastens tethers to land. Endless sling also doubles as an emergency chest
harness.

1ea. RPG Cold Water Rescue Sling is a multi-purpose buoyant foam device. Extended
by hand. Provides victim with positive buoyancy and rescuer safety. Adjustable hook & loop
covered sizing strap secures patients' body without compression. Gathered
