Ice Rescue Throw Bags
Unlike others, most MARSARS hand line
throwing products feature a buoyant ball. It
is this unique ball that enables users to cast
rescue lines to a 150' distance or rethrow
within 20 seconds.

Standard Throw Bags are ideal to users that
experience difficulty casting throw bags of longer length. Buoyant 3/8" line of 1800 lb strength, brightly colored. | |

Throw bags can be opened and thrown within seconds. This enables users to safely extend
one's reach to person(s) in risk of drowning. Through practice, skilled users should be able to
accurately place a well thrown line within arms reach of the victim.

The Standard Throw Bags are ideal for land or boat based rescue. Their length is preferred by
rescuers that experience difficulty casting longer, heaver line bags.
Features include: A buoyant 3/8" diameter, 1800 pound strength,
multi-filament polypropylene kernmantle constructed rope. Built for years of heavy duty
service out of tough 1000 denier yellow cordura nylon. To facilitate vertical storage, we've
included a 1" wide web carry strap with side release buckle. Held when throwing, this same
strap greatly improves accuracy. Additional features include brightly colored yellow and black
rope to contrast snow, ice, or rough water conditions. English and French instructions are
externally displayed.
